ENTER RULES Only the Entrant should appear in the Submitted Photographs. All photographs must be JPG files between 150KB and 20MB (maximum size allowed) and high-resolution suitable for printing at 200-300 DPI. All Submitted Photographs must have been taken on or after the Entrant reached eighteen (18) years of age AND within the past six (6) months. The submitted Photograph shall not have been altered by software or other means to enhance the photo and must be suitable for publication. The submitted Photograph must not infringe or violate any right of any third party or entity, including but not limited to the copyright, the right of publicity, and the right to privacy. Please check with the photographer to make sure that you have the right to submit the photograph Any Submitted Photograph exhibiting the Entrant’s nipples or genitals will be rejected. The determination of whether an image exhibits Entrant’s nipples or genitals is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. False, deceptive, or incomplete entries or other information provided by Entrants through the Competition shall render the entry ineligible at any point in the Competition regardless of when the problem is actually discovered. The sponsor reserves the right to contact an Entrant to Request a resubmission of the Submitted Photograph. While Entrants may have assistance in entering data and uploading the photograph, each Entrant must submit the photo herself. Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Submitted Photograph (including but not limited to entries submitted by modeling agencies) will be rejected. As set forth in greater detail below, submission of a photograph and entry in the Competition constitutes consent to the use of the Submitted Photograph in Savoir Faire Magazine, Savoir Faire branded digital apps and websites, and otherwise in connection with the Savoir Faire brand, and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered for the full duration of the copyright in the applicable Submitted Photograph. By entering into the Competition, the Entrant represents and warrants that she owns or controls all necessary rights in the Submitted Photograph to grant Sponsor the rights described herein. Submission of a qualifying entry grants the Sponsor and its representatives and agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without consideration to the Entrant. Submission of an entry further constitutes the Entrant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any and all rights, title, and interest in the entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights reserved. SELECTION Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, select among the Entrants (herein “Selected Entrants”) based upon their evaluation of the Entrants’ attractiveness and photogenic qualities, as well as the quality of the Submitted Photographs. Selected Entrants may be required to provide additional information or proof of copyright ownership. Sponsor reserves the right to contact an Entrant for any reason relating to the Competition. Throughout multiple rounds, as set forth below in more detail, visitors to the Website and Facebook Page for Savoir Faire Magazine will have an opportunity to vote for their favorites among the posted Selected Entrants. In the event that any Selected Entrant is determined to be ineligible, or if a claim is made that she does not own or control sufficient rights in the Submitted Photographs to grant the requisite rights to Sponsor after her photographs have been posted, she may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion and her photo(s) will be removed, but Sponsor is not obligated to replace her with another Selected Entrant. The pre-judging selection of Entrants who are accepted to compete shall be within the sole discretion of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final, and shall be based on the criteria listed herein. Winning the Competition is not subject to random chance. Public voting will determine the winner of the Contest. In the event of a tie, an additional day will commence breaking the tie. PUBLIC VOTING During each round of the Competition, individuals who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of voting and who are also legal residents of the country in which they reside may cast one vote per round through our FREE vote option. "STRONG VOTES" can also be purchased to support your favorite contestant. All purchases done in this contest are NON-REFUNDABLE. No REFUNDS will be allowed. WINNER One (1) Competitor will be selected to be photographed and appear on the cover of Savoir Faire Magazine in 2024. The winning Competitor will be flown round-trip coach airfare from a major United States airport designated by the Sponsor that is situated near the winning Competitor’s residence, to a major airport of the Sponsor’s choosing; and will be accommodated in a hotel designated by the Sponsor for 3 days/2 nights (1 queen or king-size bed) for purposes of completing photography and possibly public relations appearances; and will receive meals (selected by Sponsor) and ground transportation (selected by Sponsor). Any changes in travel, once flights or other arrangements are reserved, will be the financial responsibility of the changing party. The winning Competitor must be available for travel for the photo shoot, with specific dates to be determined. If the winning Competitor is not available, an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. If the winning Competitor resides within 250 miles of the hotel the Sponsor selects for the winning Competitor, then the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation in the form of a gas allowance or hire a car to the hotel location. The winning Competitor will receive a Cover and Feature in Savoir Faire Magazine and such other prizes as the Sponsor so selects in its sole and absolute discretion. By agreeing to appear as the winner of the Competition, the winning Competitor consents to the use of their name, photos, and/or likenesses for advertising and trade purposes in connection with Savoir Faire Magazine, in any and all media known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. (February 14th - March 31st) Round One - All Contestants (Starts February 14th and ends February 28th) - Public voting will help reduce each group to the top 30 models Round Two - Top 30 (Starts February 28th and ends March 8th) - Public voting will help reduce each group to the top 25 models Round Three - Top 25 (Starts March 8th and ends March 17th) - Public voting will help reduce each group to the top 20 models Round Four - Top 20 (Starts March 17th and ends March 27th) - Public voting will help reduce each group to the top 15 models ONE DAY BREAK - No Public Voting, Votes will be calculated and the top 60 will move forward. ONE GROUP = The top 15 models from each group will move into the Semi-Finals. A total of 60 models. (March 28th - April 25th) Voting will reset to zero at the beginning of each elimination and public voting will reduce the field every 7 days until we reach the next round. NOTIFICATION TO ENTRANTS Selected Entrants for each round/phase and the Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or through a Facebook messenger, other means reasonably calculated to provide notice. Entrants consent to a background check that may be performed, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, to verify information provided by Entrants and compliance with these Rules, or for other reasons related to the Competition. If you are selected as the Grand Prize Winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list. GRAND PRIZE The one (1) verified Grand Prize Winner in this Competition will receive a prize package valued at an approximate value of $25,000.00, comprised of an all-expenses-paid 3 days and two-night trip to NYC that includes, all transportation, accommodations, Food, and Drink. This trip also offers two New York City-themed evenings submitted by the winning model but selected by Savoir Faire Magazine. the $15,000 estimated value of being photographed to appear on the Cover and being photographed to appear in a sponsored double-page feature spread, interior pictorial in Savoir Faire magazine (the exact number of pages for the interior page pictorial to be determined by Sponsor). The Grand Prize Winner may refer to herself as the “Savoir Faire Model Search Winner” in written and descriptive materials but only if such uses and displays are purely non-commercial and in no event suggest or create any confusion whatsoever that Sponsor or Savoir Faire are endorsing or participating in any manner related to the use of its name, logos, or fonts. The Grand Prize Winner will be photographed exclusively by a Savoir Faire selected photographer. This will also include a professional Hair and Makeup Artist selected by Savoir Faire Magazine. The Grand Prize Winner must be available for the photoshoot in NYC with specific dates to be determined and must have all necessary travel documents. If the Grand Prize Winner is not available for the photo shoot for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected, and the Grand Prize will be transferred to the alternate winner.
